With another school year finished, I’m finally back to
blogging! It’s been quite some time. I've had so many things going on and I
have so many things to look forward to. In only three months, I’ll be moving to
Europe for an entire semester and learning to adjust to life in another
country. I’m more excited than I could ever explain for V&V to take on
Italy!
One thing this past semester taught me is that sometimes
life takes us down a path entirely different than the one we had imagined
ourselves going down. Life isn't always easy and nothing is ever predictable. Things
don’t always work out the way that you imagine they will… and for that, we are
lucky. Sometimes when things don’t go our way, we are so quick to assume the
worst and imagine that nothing is ever going to work out in our favor. Everything
works out the way it does because it is all part of a bigger plan. Be thankful
that things don’t always work out how we imagine they will. One day you will
look back and realize that if they had, you would've missed out on some awesome
opportunities.
The next time the course of your path changes, roll with it. You’re alive. You've got
a world of opportunities at your hands. This time in your life comes and goes-
it is fleeting and more valuable than you are able to see right now.
